Do I have to participate in the group or calls?

No pressure here. The group call and Close Friends posts are there to support you, but you can engage as much or as little as you want. The guide works as a standalone too.

How much time do I need to commit?

The guide breaks things into small, manageable weekly steps. You can go at your own pace and revisit the tips whenever you want. The group challenge and call help keep you accountable but without pressure
